Fast IPR Service Centers Approved in Luohe and Yuzhou

CNIPA has recently approved the establishment of the China (Food) Fast IPR Service Center in Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone and China Yuzhou (Jun Porcelain) Fast IPR Service Center. They are the 2nd and 3rd centers of their kind in Henan Province, with the aim of providing fast IPR service for food and jun porcelain industries. China has established 30 fast IPR service centers nationwide.

Food is the leading industry in Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone and has clustered large numbers of market players throughout the whole industry chain. The establishment of the Luohe Center will help to serve the rapidly growing demand for comprehensive IP protection in the industry and further support the innovation and development of economy at the county level.

Jun porcelain is an excellent representative of traditional culture and a Chinese GI product. The jun porcelain industry is also a key characteristic industry of Yuzhou that bears various IPRs including patents, trademarks and GIs.
