Specialized in IP litigation and strategic counseling with regard to infringement, invalidity, freedom to operate and IP management, Christine partners with clients to provide practical legal advice tailored to achieving business goals. She advises clients on complex brand protection, copyright, advertising, patent and trade secret.

As an attorney at law, Christine represents clients in People’s Court litigation, arbitration proceedings, and all actions before the China Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and adjudication Board.

Christine’s counseling practice includes prosecuting patents, trademarks and copyrights, implementing global trademark and patent protection and enforcement programs, analyzing trademark searches, advising on brand expansion projects, developing global trademark and patent filing strategies, and conducting advertising clearance. She also works with companies to develop customized corporate IP policies. Her practice also includes providing advice on intellectual property transfers, preparing licenses, and conducting due diligence. Christine leverages her experiences from working with a diverse client base from some of the world’s top brands to start-up companies, across a wide variety of industries.

Christine‘s wide range of expertise includes IP portfolio research, cross-border technology transactions, licensing agreements, product clearance, trademark infringement & invalidity analysis, research & opinions.
