Bio

Mr. Ting Fang is the managing partner of Intelightip Beijing Office. Before starting his career as a patent attorney, he was an assistant professor in Beijing Industrial & Commercial University.  Mr. Fang became a patent attorney in China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd since 1996, where he served primarily on filing and prosecution of patent applications for foreign applicants including some well-known multinational corporations.  Mr. Fang joined Insight IP Ltd. in 2002 as a partner leading a team of patent attorneys in electric & mechanical area.

Mr. Fang has significant experience in drafting and prosecuting patent application for invention, utility model and designs in the fields of electronics, communications, software and mechanics for domestic and foreign clients. He also participated in various aspects of patent litigation lawsuits, including patent invalidations and appeals, infringement lawsuits, pre-litigation investigations against infringements, etc.
