Bio

Jun ZHOU brings a unique understanding to the obstacles and complexities of obtaining a valid and enforceable patent, due to her intensive R&D experience and on the opposing sides of patent prosecution.

Prior to joining Intelightip in 2011, Jun spent over a decade at industrial enterprises as a technical specialist, focusing on research and development in the fields of mechanics and optics.

Jun’s practice at Intelightip focuses on preparing and prosecuting applications before the CNIPA, as well as invalidity actions. She also counsels clients regarding portfolio strategy and management, formulates validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate opinions.

Jun’s practice encompasses a wide range of technologies including:

· Machinery

· Optical systems

· Displays and display drivers

· Wireless communication systems and networks

· Semiconductors (manufacturing and devices)

When not practicing law, Jun enjoys swimming, travelling, and spending time outdoors with her family and two lovely dogs.
