Bio

Mr. Han Zhang has two years of research and development experience in a Chinese enterprise, Heyun Group, where he participated in establishing a laboratory of the research center of the group and headed a team developing Isoprenoid latex, and then over six years of working experience in a Chinese patent firm before joining Intelight IP. He passed the Chinese Patent Agent Qualification Examination in 2015.

His past work experience includes drafting more than 200 patent applications in chemical, pharmaceutical and mechanical fields, including over 40 PCT applications, responding more than 200 office actions, attending tens of reexamination and invalidation before the Patent Reexamination Board. He also filed hundreds of GUI design applications for domestic clients.

After joining Intelight IP, Mr. Zhang began to serve domestic and foreign clients in drafting and filing patent applications in China as well as prosecuting patent applications in China and foreign countries such as US, EPO, JPO and KIPO, etc..
