Bio

Mr. Shi is a partner and patent attorney of Intelightip.  He began his career in 2009 as a patent engineer with Beijing Jin San JI IP Firm where he was involved in proceedings representing domestic clients in drafting patent application, advising on patent application and prosecuting patent application. Mr. Shi passed the national examination for Patent Attorneys’ Qualification in 2012. 

Mr. Shi’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent invalidation and administrative litigation against the invalidation decision. As an attorney at law, he also involved litigation of patent infringement. Besides, Mr. Shi handles more than 100 GUI design applications.
