Bio
Ms. Kailun Li started her career in intellectual property field since 2011. Before joining Intelight IP, she worked in Hylands Law Firm, mainly handling procedural affairs of domestic and foreign applicants in the process of submitting patent applications and procedure management with the CNIPA, from which she accumulated rich experience in patent filing and prosecution process.
Ms. Kailun Li joined Intelight IP in 2015 as a prosecution paralegal, mainly responsible for assisting patent attorneys in processing thousands of domestic and foreign patent applications, including preparing application documents for filing with the CNIPA, monitoring deadlines and sending reminders to clients and forwarding all kinds of official notifications to clients, preparing and filing response to the official notifications and reporting to clients, and managing and reminding clients of patent annuities. She is also responsible for answering inquiries from the client on patent process. Ms. Li also helps client in filing and prosecuting patent application before the Patents Registry, Intellectual Department of Hong Kong.
Ms. Li always works in a cautious and deliberate way, which ensures her to provide accurate and considerate service to clients.
